
To ensure the safety and health of all dogs and staff at A Happy Dog Day Camp LLC, we require all of our guests to comply with the following Rules and Regulations: AGE: 8 weeks and older are welcomed at A Happy Dog Day Camp LLC. All dogs older than 6 months must be neutered or spayed. VACCINATIONS: All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof that their dogs have current DHLPP, Rabies vaccinations and Bordetella. We also recommend a monthly flea, tick and lice treatment. COLLARS: Required with name tags. FOOD: All food brought to day camp must be stored in an airtight container (1/4 pound Ziploc bag preferred). HEALTH: All dogs must be in good health. On admission all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. In the event your dog needs medical attention while at Day Camp every effort will be made to contact your veterinarian. If that is not possible, your dog will be treated as deemed best by the staff. Should veterinarian treatment be necessary the dog’s owner will be responsible for all expenses including transportation. BEHAVIOR: All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) has/have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog(s). A standard admission interview will be conducted prior to acceptance into Day Camp. If needed a thorough temperament test will be conducted. ENROLLMENT: All dogs must have complete and up to date forms on file. DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. drop off and pick up at any time during these hours. Your pet may NOT be left after 6:30 p.m. Late charges of $1.00 per minute will be charged. DAY CAMP RESERVATIONS: Reservations are not required at this camp for daycare but we do need them for boarding! Give us a call today and get your special friend enrolled!!! |
